Fast, same day, service!.Moe was the only person to call me back and came out after hours to get my garage door back up and running. When most of the larger door franchised companies seem to stop working after 7pm? Moe bailed me out in a pinch late Thursday evening, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, he was willing to tackle the repair at 9 PM sharp and had all the parts for the repair. Mojo was awesome company to deal with. Great app to show what the new door and colors would look like. This made it much smeasier to deal with HOA. Gave us a 2 hour window the day of the install. first time then2 hour window was actually the install time. In early and out early. love the addition we added new opener and keypad for a complete installation. thanks for a great job

Our garage door opener all the sudden stopped working and my husband was having to open it manually every time. So we made an appointment with Mojo, who had been recommended by our son. Our son had had a great experience with Mojo, and so did we! He communicated excellently all along the way, and arrived when he said he would. On July 16, 2024. Mojo garage door company installed 2 garage doors that I had purchased from Lowe's. Carloa was the tech. These were a tension system that didn't require the large springs. It's a complicated system but Carlos took his time and did a excellent job. One door has a opener attached to it and the other door I manually have to lift it.
Numerous times, Carlos asked me.if I was happy with the job. It was over 100 degrees outside but he took his time and completed the job in about 4 hours. Thanks for the professional service. I highly recommend Mojo garage door company. Bob Luna

I had a wonderful experience with the Mojo Garage Door team! My springs recently snapped and my heavy original wooden doors crashed down on the tracks. I read the other great reviews here and called the Mojo team as well as another larger company. After the other "pushy" company gave me similar pricing for a less quality product, Mojo won me over with better people and a better product.

They worked almost all day to perfect my installation for my low garage ceilings, and they even cleaned up after themselves :- I get lots of compliments on my new doors now. I called a company on Sunday who stated they had same day service scheduled an appointment and they did not show up. I in turned called Mojo and Moses answered. 24 year old garage door jumped the track over the weekend. Called at 0730 and they were here by 10:00am. Sholom was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also upgraded the rollers that jumped the track and they're SO quiet! Also had them replace old non-functioning keypad, and the weather strip on the bottom of the door. Quite happy with skill and quality of work.

From the sales rep who walked me thru every possible option, pulled out color swatches to see in the sun, and never pressured me; to the office staff who checked in to update me on the order status, scheduled the installation, and excitedly called to let me know the door arrived; to the installer who took the time to walk me thru care and maintenance everything was smooth, professional, and FAST!
The door is definitely a superior quality over the builder install, and with the insulation, I can already tell the difference in the inner garage temperature! The cherry on top? The owner popped by one day after installation to inspect everything to ensure it was done correctly and I was happy. Truly a remarkable experience from start to finish!

My home has been under construction for two months and we had to move all of our belongings into our garage and we ended up filling it up a bit too much and we had the door go off the tracks. I just wanted to share that when I was coming from HEB grocery store to my house I saw a technician and ask him if he could check out my garag door. We had a spring go ka-bam last night. First thing this morning, we called Mojo and they had a team-member, Sholom, out here by 11am. He gave us a couple options to fix and we opted to remove both springs and he installed a torsion conversion kit that uses a wound up spring instead of the old static pulled springs that run along the upper guide rails. Sholom was very polite and got us fixed today. We appreciated it very much.

In early November, my wife and I have been talking about replacing our garage doors. I told my wife to go ahead and get some bids and will check them out. The second person never answered their phone The third person not only answered their phone, they did a follow up and they set up a date to come and give an estimate.

Moses saved the day when my garage door was not working properly. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, my garage door springs needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price and had everything he needed in his van. He recommended some new end bearing plates as the existing ones had seen better days and nylon sealed rollers as the ones previously installed were made of a cheap plastic. After a quick installation, I was back in business and my door was quieter than before! I would definitely recommend Mojo Garage Doors for your garage door needs!

The spring had snapped on my garage door and I could not open the door manually to get out to go to work. I called a couple of places and they could not help me in a reasonable amount of time as I needed to get to work.
